  • At this time, Raleigh Running Outfitters ships merchandise only to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to international locations, nor to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Raleigh Running Outfitters ships via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail only. We process all orders within 2 business days of purchase. USPS Priority Mail normally requires 2-3 days for delivery. Sorry, no tracking numbers are available with USPS.


  • Sales Tax
  • Raleigh Running Outfitters is required to charge sales tax based on the state to which the order is being shipped. Currently, sales tax is charged on orders that ship within the state of North Carolina only.


  • Warranties
  • Merchandise ordered on this website is covered by warranty from the individual manufacturer only. Typically, a warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage incurred as a result of unintended use or neglect. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.

  • Return Policy
  • Raleigh Running Outfitters will accept for return only NEW, UNUSED merchandise in the original box/packaging within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
    • Used, nondefective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
    • Ship returns via UPS Ground or insured U.S. Postal Service. CODs will not be accepted.
    • Returns must be shipped with an outer wrapping/packaging. Manufacturer's box must be returned in the original condition and may not be used as a shipping package.

    • Raleigh Running Outfitters will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise ONLY. We do not reimburse premium and express shipping charges.

  • SHOE SIZING:
    When selecting shoes, please keep in mind that running shoes are sized smaller than most street shoes. We recommend that you size up at least a 1/2 size from your measured foot size in order to ensure the best fit and comfort.

    AVAILABILITY:
    Products ordered on this website are subject to limits of availability. If a product that you purchase is back ordered or no longer available, you will be notified by e-mail within 2 business days. If the product is no longer available, all charges will be refunded. If the product is back ordered, an estimated date of availability will be provided. If you choose, you can cancel your order any time before the estimated date of availability.

    NEW BALANCE AND NIKE BRAND AVAILABILITY:
    Note: Nike and New Balance policy limits the online sale of these products. Although Nike and New Balance brand shoes are not offered for sale on this website, the products are available from our retail store.
