For an underpronator who has a high-arched foot when standing still. Foot contact is made near the center of the heel, and the arch remains rigid when walking/running. The ankle remains straight.

Flexible, Low Arch (34)

For the average foot that has a flexible arch. Foot contact is made on the outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock. The ankle also rolls in slightly.

No Arch, Flat Foot (6)

For an overpronator who has a low arch/flat foot when standing still. The foot lands on the outside of the heel and rolls inward (pronates) excessively. The ankle also rolls in moderately.
